Hyderabad Producer Begins His Hollywood Journey
In a major achievement for Indian entertainment, renowned television producer and fashion entrepreneur Shafeeq ur Rahman has announced his first Hollywood film project, The Empty Address.
The announcement was made through his Instagram account, where Rahman described the film as a unique blend of comedy, suspense, and romance. The project marks a significant milestone in his career as he expands from Indian television into international cinema.
A Multilingual Global Production
According to Rahman, The Empty Address will be released in three languages:
- English
- Hindi
- Telugu
The film is being produced under his banner The Star Life Hyderabad and aims to connect audiences across different countries and cultures.
The movie will be directed by Sagar Doshi, known for As Dusk Falls. Production is expected to take place across multiple locations in the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
Shafeeq ur Rahman’s Statement
Sharing his excitement, Rahman called the project both a dream and a responsibility. He expressed gratitude to his family, friends, and supporters who have been part of his journey over the years.
In his announcement, he described the move from Hyderabad to Hollywood as the beginning of a new chapter, promising to reveal more details regarding the cast, storyline, and production in the coming weeks.

Before entering films and television, Shafeeq ur Rahman built a strong reputation in the fashion and event industry. Through The Star Life Hyderabad, he has organized more than 200 fashion and lifestyle events globally.
In 2022, he was also appointed City Partner of Fashion TV.
Rahman entered television production in 2015 with the horror-comedy show Zindagi Abhi Baaki Hai Mere Ghost.
