🚨 NEET UG 2026 Paper Leak Probe Deepens
The investigation into the alleged NEET UG 2026 paper leak has now focused on two brothers from Jaipur, with police tracing an alleged money trail connected to Gurugram.
The controversy erupted after the medical entrance examination conducted on May 3 was cancelled following allegations of a leaked question paper.
👥 Who Are The Main Accused?
Police have arrested:
- Dinesh Biwal
- Mangilal
Both are residents of Jamwaramgarh in Jaipur Rural district.
Investigators claim the brothers allegedly purchased the leaked NEET paper and circulated it through a wider network in Rajasthan.
According to police sources, the accused are property dealers and belong to a farming family background.
💰 ₹15–20 Lakh Deal Under Scanner
The investigation revealed that the leaked “guess paper” was allegedly purchased for around ₹15 lakh to ₹20 lakh.
Police sources said:
- The paper was allegedly bought from Yash Yadav, an Ayurvedic medicine student based in Gurugram.
- The brothers later allegedly sold the paper to RK Consultancy in Sikar for around ₹15 lakh.
- Candidates were then allegedly charged between ₹3 lakh and ₹5 lakh for access to the paper.
The money trail is now being closely examined by investigators.
🏢 Sikar Coaching Network Link
The Rajasthan Police began the probe in Sikar after questioning Rakesh Mandwaria, who operates RK Consultancy — a career guidance centre in the coaching hub.
Police suspect the consultancy became a key distribution point for the leaked paper before the examination.
Investigators say the paper eventually reached a whistleblower who informed the National Testing Agency, triggering a wider investigation.
🔍 CBI Conducting Face-To-Face Interrogations
The Central Bureau of Investigation is now conducting direct interrogations involving:
- Yash Yadav
- Dinesh Biwal
- Mangilal
Officials are trying to verify statements and establish the exact sequence of transactions.
Sources also claim Yash Yadav may have links to previous cheating and paper leak cases, including possible connections to the NEET 2024 controversy. However, investigators say these allegations are still under examination.
👨👩👧 Family Connections Also Under Probe
Police are investigating whether the accused attempted to secure advantages for family members appearing in the exam.
Investigators said:
- Dinesh Biwal’s son Rishi appeared for NEET UG 2026.
- Four children from Mangilal’s family reportedly appeared for NEET in 2024.
Authorities are examining whether the leaked paper was used to benefit candidates connected to the family.
🗣️ Family Denies Allegations
When media teams visited the family residence in Jamwaramgarh, relatives denied all accusations.
Family members claimed:
- The accused are innocent.
- Their children were not involved in cheating.
- The case is part of a larger conspiracy.
🏛️ Political Controversy Erupts
The case has now entered the political arena as Congress leaders:
- Ashok Gehlot
- Govind Singh Dotasra
- Tikaram Jully
shared alleged photographs of Dinesh Biwal with BJP leaders on social media.
Opposition leaders claimed the accused appeared to have links with local BJP workers in rural Jaipur, further intensifying the controversy around the NEET UG 2026 paper leak investigation.
