PwC US और PwC India ने Joint Venture का ऐलान किया
PwC US और PwC India ने एक नए Joint Venture की घोषणा की है। इस strategic combination के तहत PwC India के Consulting business और PwC US Advisory की India-based capabilities को एक ही integrated platform में लाया जाएगा।
इसका उद्देश्य भारत, अमेरिका और दुनिया के अन्य बाजारों में मौजूद clients को बेहतर expertise, ज्यादा scale और तेज delivery उपलब्ध कराना है।
कंपनियों के अनुसार, यह partnership ऐसे समय में हो रही है जब भारत global businesses के लिए तेजी से महत्वपूर्ण बन रहा है। भारत एक बड़े और तेजी से बढ़ते बाजार के साथ-साथ Global Capability Centers (GCCs), technology talent और innovation का महत्वपूर्ण केंद्र बन चुका है।
एक platform पर आएंगी India और US की capabilities
Joint Venture के जरिए PwC की advisory capabilities को एक integrated structure में लाने की योजना है। इससे clients को अलग-अलग markets में मौजूद capabilities तक अधिक seamless access मिल सकेगा।

PwC US CEO Paul Griggs ने क्या कहा?
PwC US Senior Partner और CEO Paul Griggs ने कहा कि कंपनियों को markets, capabilities और delivery को अलग-अलग हिस्सों के रूप में देखने के बजाय एक साथ जोड़ने की जरूरत है।
उनके अनुसार, यह combination PwC को clients के बड़े opportunities पर एक unified team के रूप में काम करने में मदद करेगा।
उन्होंने इस partnership को केवल work location से जोड़कर देखने के बजाय PwC की global capabilities, relationships और expertise को एक साथ लाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम बताया।
🇮🇳 India की भूमिका होगी और मजबूत
PwC India के Chairperson और proposed new Joint Venture के incoming CEO Sanjeev Krishan ने कहा कि यह partnership भारत के विकास के प्रति PwC की लंबे समय से चली आ रही commitment को आगे बढ़ाती है।
उन्होंने इसे PwC India की पिछले पांच वर्षों की growth journey और network में उसकी मजबूत स्थिति का प्रमाण बताया।
Krishan के अनुसार, Joint Venture से:
- Indian clients को global capabilities तक बेहतर access मिलेगा।
- Multinational companies और GCC clients को ज्यादा seamless support मिल सकेगा।
- PwC के partners और employees के लिए capability और client opportunities का दायरा बढ़ेगा।
- India और global markets में लोगों और capabilities में ज्यादा investment किया जा सकेगा।
- PwC India global network में बड़ी भूमिका निभा सकेगा।
उन्होंने इसे Viksit Bharat की दिशा में PwC India की commitment के अनुरूप एक कदम बताया।
🤖 AI और Managed Services पर भी रहेगा फोकस
नई integrated platform का एक बड़ा focus AI और technology-driven transformation पर होगा।
PwC का कहना है कि AI तेजी से काम करने के तरीके को बदल रहा है। ऐसे में नई platform innovation और technology capabilities को मजबूत करने में मदद करेगी।
इसके साथ ही managed services को बड़े scale पर बढ़ाने की योजना है। इससे PwC clients को केवल advisory services देने के साथ-साथ उनके businesses के महत्वपूर्ण operational areas को चलाने में भी अधिक मदद कर सकेगा।
Global Capability Centers को मिलेगा फायदा
Joint Venture का एक महत्वपूर्ण लक्ष्य अमेरिका स्थित enterprises के भारत में मौजूद Global Capability Centers को ज्यादा seamless support देना भी है।
भारत में GCC ecosystem के विस्तार के साथ multinational companies technology, engineering, analytics और innovation के लिए भारतीय talent का बड़े स्तर पर इस्तेमाल कर रही हैं।
नई PwC platform इसी cross-border requirement को एक integrated advisory और delivery model के जरिए address करने की कोशिश करेगी।
🌎 PwC के Global Network के लिए भी महत्वपूर्ण कदम
यह Joint Venture PwC के broader ambition का हिस्सा है, जिसके तहत कंपनी globally अधिक integrated consulting model विकसित करना चाहती है।
नई platform के जरिए दुनिया के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में मौजूद PwC firms को India और US की combined talent और expertise तक बेहतर access मिल सकता है।
इससे global clients के लिए cross-border projects को एक ही integrated platform से support करने की क्षमता मजबूत हो सकती है।
📅 Joint Venture कब तक शुरू होगा?
PwC US और PwC India ने बताया है कि transaction के calendar year 2027 की पहली छमाही (H1 2027) में पूरा होने की उम्मीद है।
हालांकि, इसके लिए जरूरी closing conditions और regulatory approvals पूरे होना आवश्यक है।
जब तक transaction पूरा नहीं होता, तब तक PwC US और PwC India अपनी मौजूदा structures और working arrangements के जरिए clients को services देते रहेंगे।
