The National Testing Agency (NTA) has revised the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 exam schedule, shortening the duration of the first session by one day. The update comes shortly after the release of the exam city slips on the official portal jeemain.nta.nic.in.
According to the latest schedule, the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 will now be conducted from January 21 to January 29, 2026. Earlier, the examination window was set to continue until January 30.
Candidates who have registered for the exam can check their exam city information online using their application number and password or date of birth. The city slip only informs candidates about their exam city and is not the admit card.
