The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML) has officially released a recruitment notification for 2026 inviting applications from experienced professionals for multiple administrative and technical positions. A total of 42 vacancies are available across the Lucknow and Noida campuses.
These appointments are purely contractual in nature and are offered for an initial period of one year, which can be extended annually for up to three years based on performance and institutional requirements.
Who Can Apply
Candidates between the age of 35 and 45 years who possess the required educational qualifications and relevant work experience can apply for these posts. The recruitment is aimed at hiring professionals who can support academic, administrative, IT, engineering and management functions at the institute.
Selection Process
The selection process for IIM Lucknow Recruitment 2026 will be conducted mainly through an interview. The interview may be held:

Depending on the post and number of applicants, IIM Lucknow may also conduct a written test and/or skill test for shortlisted candidates.
Final selection will be done after document verification, where candidates must present their original certificates, educational degrees, experience proof, age proof and caste certificates (if applicable).
